Our Impact
Growing in Denver and Beyond
SustainEd Farms is on a mission to ensure students have the knowledge and resources to cultivate a sustainable future for themselves and their communities. To work toward this vision, we offer tailored programming at partner schools and sites in the Denver area. We're also committed to ensuring every crop grown is donated back to the Denver community through our community partners.
When it comes to our programming, SustainEd Farms largely rejects the one-size-fits-all model for teaching and meets with each school to ensure that lessons and garden spaces are tailored to their student population. However, regardless of the type of programming a school receives, partner school gardens are maintained by our staff during the growing season and throughout the summer so that students can return to their gardens as active learning spaces in the fall.
